Good day from xiamen :angel: - diahorrea finally over :cheers: - nobody disclaim to me that will kena diahorrea one ... i feel so cheated of the goodies that i ate ... :lol::lol:

 

I miss shanghai already ...

 

anybody can recommend any kinder way to detox your body once in a while?

Lessons:

 

1) Dont panic. Panic make you cannot use brain

2) Dont dream on the road :faint: ...

3) Look at where you're going and your own bike ... dont peep at others one :dot:

:cheeky: - no vomitting, maybe can start with a 3 times diahorrea first coupled with normal excretion ... 3 days a bit shiong ...

hmmm...on an average the actual healthy person will go to big dump twice a day or three times every 2 days...and it shouldnt be lao....lao is uncontrollable....ppl who go through detox process all have the wrong mentality that it is lao but actually is not....

my stomach and the time spent in the toilet while "Detoxing" seems to say so otherwise.... :cheeky::cheeky::cheeky:

 

hmmm....if too long in the toilet can be a few reasons....too much to detox, body is still conditioning to do detox, process something wrong which cause the effect to be abit over power-ful....

:cheeky: - no lah, never vomit ... but the gua sha make me 'diahorrea' or purge for 3 consecutive days ... it's not normal shitting texture lor :dot: (haha for lack of a better description) ... it's really water one

 

Xrated: :sian: when purging not shiok ... i was close to sleeping beside the toilet bowl the night it started :faint:, cannot eat anything one because whatever eat already sure come out as water ... everything over liao then can relac a bit
