:cheeky: - no lah, never vomit ... but the gua sha make me 'diahorrea' or purge for 3 consecutive days ... it's not normal shitting texture lor :dot: (haha for lack of a better description) ... it's really water one

 

Xrated: :sian: when purging not shiok ... i was close to sleeping beside the toilet bowl the night it started :faint:, cannot eat anything one because whatever eat already sure come out as water ... everything over liao then can relac a bit

hmmm....ok...think ur body first time going through detox phase thats why....but come out water still a bit solid is still alright if totally water den the effect too strong for u liao....

the "end product" come out black is good.....imagine all the black stuff are things leftover for the ast 10-20 yrs of residuel from wat u have eaten....let them stay inside long enough they will heighten the risk of colon cancer.....

sell???not really la used to be in this field of industry study abit about tcm and detox stuff b4 as last time my mom and relatives are all taking detox products...

hmmm...sad to say not really.....food nowadays are pretty covered in a certain chemical one way or another whether u like it or not.....so if in terms of eating food to detox i cant really recommend.....nowadays alot of ppl turning to detox supplements.....

yes... ask uncle chris to bring you go meet encik chris... wonder what time he coming back today.. i will still be around, only tmr morning then going off holiday.

 

hmmm...sad to say not really.....food nowadays are pretty covered in a certain chemical one way or another whether u like it or not.....so if in terms of eating food to detox i cant really recommend.....nowadays alot of ppl turning to detox supplements.....

hmmm....well for veggie and fruits....remember to soak them in water for at least 8 hours to get ride of the pesticides fully...if not it'll be intake of toxins as well thus not much of a effect......
