There are tubeless Thai Dunlop TT900 (not GP) for sport rims.

They seem to be the latest. they come in sizes meant for cubs.

If u really wanna Battalax, i suggest u change the rims or ride with extreme care.

Cuz the tyres are the only thing between ur bike and the unforgiving tar on the road below.....

What the best size for wave tyre... anyway i'm using stock rims... my tyre is god damn thin and makes me feel so unstable and dangerous when cornering. Nearly Buang somemore... *SCARED*

:giddy: :giddy: :giddy: :help: :help: :help:

U using stock tyres is it? Stock tyres r like dat. I buang on the stock tyres TWICE! Go and change to better tyres is my advise.

Front: 80/90, Rear: 90/80=For stock rims think this is the BIGGEST tyres u can get. Can try DUNLOP TT900(Thailand) or Battlax(Japan) or IRC Gold Wings(Thailand)

Front: 80/80, Rear 90/80= This configuration not bad also. Can try to get at JB. DUNLOP TT900(Thailand)

Sizes r personal preference.

For my own i prefer Front : 70/90 Rear : 80/90 (medium configuration).

Think some tyres got different marking like 2.25 or 2.50

80/90=2.75

70/90=2.50

Here states that indeed the tires have markings on it such as front use and rear use. And i wonder why for our cubs the tires we are using are front use only. (judging from the ones on my own bike.) Anyway, don't the shops or mechanics that do them knows? Cause i see my own bike front and rear looks the same. Although i have not look for the making that states front or rear use.

I am using 80/80 for the front and 90/80 for the rear. TT900 both.

And for these sizes they are not even stated in the website. I wonder why.

Sorry ah, i am new to all these. If i never stumble on this thread, dun even know such info exist. :cheeky: :giddy:

I've had no problem riding more than 6000km up and down from Singapore through to the Golden Triangle(Thailand,Mynamar,Laos border) using stock tyres.

Also made them go through 1800 corners in MHS mountains....

Just make sure ur tyres are not overdue or bald.

I am using Pirelli Citi Demon for my rear tyre and Duro for the front, (sorry did not notice the size)

Can anyone tell me which shop sell Pirelli for the front? ($)

is it OK if front and rear use same size?

What is the biggest tyre profile available for wave?

Well everybody got their own opinion and preference. As for me i rather spend my money on better tyres than spending my money buying medicines for your abrasions.... Really not worth it. By dat time sorry it's too late brother. Learn thru the hard way...
