Topic : how to change to much wider tyres?

Hi bros, I got no experience in 'kup kias' so would like to get some info from lao jiaos. Is there any way to change to wider rims & tyres? What is the widest size & where can we get it done...do we need to change the swingarm etc.? Cos scrams can do motard so was wondering if kup kias can also change wide tyres (just for looks only not performance of course, too heavy already)......Thks.

for what bike?

u can try 2.15 for rear and 1.85 for ur bike:thumb:

For bikes like X-1 or Sonics...how abt 3.5 rear, possible? Where can I get it done?

2.15 rear is jus nice liao..1.85 front oso gd.. bt if urs is a wave best is 1.6 front 1.85 rear...if nt ur bike gt prob movin..

hi...mi just brought my wave...thought of changing my rim to sport rim...can anywan guide mi which shop selling orginal honda sport rim???and roughly hoe much the price??...thanx alot

price is about $200 for a original HONDA sport rim for Wave, but that is in Thailand.

 

If u wan a bigger size which is front 165 rear 185, in thailand it's abt $300+

for sports rim, the best is to get back original rims

because the important thing is that u want LEAK PROOF rims, and i think honda can give u assurance on that

and you don't want rims that causes your tyre to come out hafway when you corner

even if it leaks, you can demand for exchange and they will change for u

Other dan that can anyone nice wavers out there tell me go where to change ???

Wondering if anyone wanna go change rims together??? can organise an outing also.... Sorry juz 4 ur info... I'm quite new here... juz got my wave less dan a mth... keke.

 

Btw, anyone of ya the back of ur headlamp there got crack...?

mine crack liao... is it due to vibration of 4-stroke technology???

can get from TigerJoe.........the brand not bad....somemore save the trip to Jb.........

 

But anyway.....if you are keen on going Jb......let us know........we might be organising a trip there!

Hey tiger.......off topic a bit.....wat's the Pirelli tyres you installed on the rims??? Is it tubeless??? I'm looking out for Wave tyres in preparation for my tyre change in the near future.
