Any one can explain to me how to change front signal light bulb? I removed 2 screws but the clear orange plastic cover still won't come off.

2 screws?? there is only one below the signal light... there is a groove inside, so try to tilt it out

Steering cone - do I name it correctly, the pivot point where you turn your handle bar left or fight. Sometimes it get stiff, time to replace or just service by lubrication?

steering cone needs to be replace when bike is leaning to one side.. that's the extreme case ah...

Hi, thanks for the reply. Just bought a FV TA200. Moving off in 1st gear seems not going straight, it tends to wobble very slightly, is it normal due to front light & rear heavy or any other reason? Once hit 30kph & above, its ok. Or is it because of the box installed at the rear? Thanks.

My bike moves to left at expressway speed. Changed steering cone at planet recently but still got the problem of it going left...not sure why.

Hi all, just for sharing, take note when you change your tires. I change both tires Pirelli City Demon but found out today the DOM (Date Of Manufacture) is (2406) meaning the tires were made on 2406 - 24th week of 06 - Jun 2006, 4.5 years old. I heard tires more than 4 years or more from DOM have a higher chance of explode during high speed.

hey, recently there's heavy rain, and i think it somehow sort of loosen the rubber seal around the speedometer of my ta200.

any idea how much it cost to get a new seal?

 

i got the same problem as you now.. went to planet. he say that rubber hard to get stock.. easiest way is to get 2nd hand from scrap phantom.
