any one have any idea how to spray paint handlebar so tat the paint stays on?? the handle bar material is like wat we have. stock phantom.

 

i tried sand paper on it's own. dunno how to strip paint it. anyone can help?

bring to workshop let the mech do it.. If your condition quite bad then needs to be replace..

The big bolt is to secure the steering crown...To tighten the steering bearings u to remove the crown n access the lock nut + hook spanner..... So bring to ur mech. most likely they will recommend to change new one..SOP la.
