You can get it at first motors at ubi rd 1. $120 inclusive of labour and you design the bar however you want it. Black or chromed. Not advertising. Just saying as i was was finding one too.

Bro, you should put in abit extra like 1.2~1.3 litres eventhough normally is 1 litre only. As you know phantom only runs/cooling with EO, unlike bikes with radiator. You would not want the EO dried up and damage your engine in the long run.

Thanks bro. I'll put 1 litre as the manual says so. I'll do check regularly so the oil wont go below recommended levels.

dont have to put in more. i tried before put in 1.2l, recommended by bike shops, but 1l works better for me, just change every 1600-2000, will do. for most ppl, this can last 1 mth.

i wud guess the same as u.. i guess it is just how it is wif phantoms.. the chain is naturally noisy.. mine b4 and after change chain/sprocket.. lube.. clean.. still no difference.. but if i read ard, someone managed to reduce the noise by changing the roller chain guide... can give it a try if it is too annoying..

That was my concern too, change chain and sprocket and still have the annoying noise. Any such thing as the quietest chain? will look into the condition of my chain guide, thanks

Update, I changed my chain and sprocket for $120 and the bike a a lot quieter now. Next task is the reduce vibrations.

 

BTW my fuel cap key hole cover is loose and does not stay over the keyhole, any idea how to fix?

Make sure chain is well lubricated all the time everytime.

Those who have issues with chain noise, can try change the roller guide.. i bought mine for $5 from Eversuccess.. and a 5min DIY with just a 12mm spanner... my chains are a whole lot quieter nw!

Hello peoples,

 

My fuel cap is leaking! Whenever the tank is 50%-100% full, it will leak a bit and then leave dark streaks from the gap between the rubber liners onto the fuel tank. I know it isn't me filling up too much because I fill until only the slope in the tank and not to the brim.

 

Any idea how to solve this? Replacement rubber seals on the cap? TIA!
