how much is washing carb? i was quoted like together with something to do with the valve will cost me around 200+.

huh??? which shop??? i did full servicing at ah koon b4, n if i not wrong, he washed the carb also... total price $25!!!

The carb is a very sensitive piece of equipment. If it's running fine, then no need to disturb it lo. Once the carb is dismantled, you have to do the fine tuning all over again, unless you don't mind that.

full service meaning clean carb, check everything for u lor... whatever extras which will be needed to change, he will just tell u n let u know the price, u wanna change onot is up to u... think he will check brake fluid, air filter, clutch, throttle...

$20 buck to change engine oil and spark plug.

Any guys can name me the typical price for decarbonise(cut open the stomach of exhaust and knock out the carbon, takes around 2 hour+) i did it for 60bucks at K&T.

 

But the technicial say my bike still 'TIO TARD" need to go back wash carb and valve + change spark plug and eo (4 hours)= 150 buck.

 

I now very headache, cos firstly the boss told me is my exhaust kana stuck, that's why need to open and decarbonise, then now say my valve and carb also stuck. jia lat......

bro try go planet for another opinion ya, did they test ride ur bike in the first place? i wonder just by cutting exhaust n they already know valve n carb have to be service?? Think its still the best to get another workshop opinion n gd luck bro
