rear fender for steed

Hi anyone know where i can purchase those kind of rear fender like hugging the tire?

I want to cut away the rear frame. I had make my steed hardtail liao.

Hi there. I am interested in what u are looking for too. Do you have any info for that regarding shops that are able to modify the real fender juz sms me at 90600924. I am also looking for a rake to actually push my fork outward maybe 9 degrees...but those rake are expensive after checking in the internet. But it definitely tranforms ur bike into a monster.
