Can Someone buy bike without licence and add sub-rider???

Dear Fellow Riders,

 

Need some clarifications on this subject.

 

My brother is bankrupt, he cant own any assets.

 

What if he use my name to buy bike with hire purchase plan but I have no licence

 

and the insurance stated that I am non-rider and sub-rider is my brother?

 

Izzit this possible???

Yes. You make the purchase, so bike under your name. For insurance, just put ur bro name under named rider. can liao. legal.
