Has anyone removed their pillion backrest? i saw one or two phantoms without it...i kinda find it cool....anyone?

27 jalan buroh... looks like a metal works place, but there is a motorcycle scrapyard hidden away inside... as for price... maybe $20?

ok, thank you very much, you had given me a good advice to search for the part at scrap yard, i vet thru the forum and found out that the yard you mentioned is no longer operating at 27 Jalan Buroh and had shifted to 19 Joo Koon Road which is very near to my place, will visit the yard now, and will update you guys on the findings at the yard.

I had settled my pillion backrest already, bought the acceptable condition backrest from the scrap warehouse at Joo Koon Road, and installed the bracket at nearby motorshop.

 

worth a trip to the warehouse if you are considering a second hand part, the warehouse is full of used spare parts.
