as to ur case... its ur word to his... normally they win... cos they law enforcers... however the arguement is based on how other cars move in the perpendicular junction... then u shld tell him... the car beat the 'green' light...

 

if got ppl running across the junction... then the car will knock him/her down... so he shld charge the car instead.... all the best...

er...u should have slowed down way b4 reaching the traffic light...but in any case u couldnt, the right turn is right. If u follow the rules, u might just find ureself stopping in the middle of the junction.

i've checked with my friend who's driving. my meter shows 60 when road speed is only 50km/h. therefore, i was not speeding.

 

what are my chances? anyways the letter hasn't reached me, what do i do? i only got the ticket he printed on the spot. can i use that to appeal?

 

should i go down in person, or writing in is a better choice?

i think u are very suay... u sped pass when there is a TP at the same junction... whom u obviously didn't see... think best is go down to TP hq and appeal... they take months to reply online... then tell u u failed in ur appeal...

 

i suggest u go down personally... apologise and admit ur fault... then promise them u won't do it again... this is ur best chance... i think...

Bro, thats whats i'm experiencing also. When i travel 100 km/h, my friend on CBR 400 is travelling at 80 km/h but when TP clock your speed, it will be the speed on your speedometer and not anyone else.

 

Anyway lets not argue about that.

 

I would suggest you write an appeal. Get your MP for your estate to assist. You brief him what had happened and ask him if there's anyway he can help. I'm sure he'll be more than glad to help you.

however... i noe that most 2B bike have meters that are tuned 'up'.. meaning u are traveling slower then the display is showing... dunnoe why... maybe safety... maybe lousy meter... i dun noe...

not trying to make u feel worst... but i kena once before too... the letter came like 2 weeks after the incident... online appeal... took 3 months... but fail... then appeal MP... still fail after 5 month... all in all process took 8 months...

 

during the appealing process... i already passed my 2A by 4 months... but i ride very careful during those days...

Hi all, wanna ask you all, today i was travelling, then amber my brake not so jia because the brake pad is new. then i cross the first sensor part and stop directly above the second sensor just before the pedestrian crossing, will i get snap, cant be sure if there is any flash as the sun so big. Can advise if the camera will snap if i cross the first sensor and stop at the second sensor, if it is snap? am i able to appeal?

actually one day, i stopped at junction, then got car and bus try 2 beat red light.. then the light flash super bright..

I don't about that site, but i experienced first hand at PIE (Tuas) . Was tailgating one car length away from a WRX Expressway patrol car on the right lane and was travelling at 110 km/h. Told him i travelled 90 km/h, he said he clock me 110 km/h.

 

Not sure who is right but its ok got off with a warning

I think you can see the flash as its very bright even during the day. Have yet to experience it during the day. Btw, the cam will snap 3x. Oh ya, even if you got snapped, don't worry you are at the stop line. Worst case also, they fine you for failing to stop at stop line.
