I am using a street legal yoshi. Bought it @nd hand. What i find that it improves the response of the bike. RPM goes fast and smoother than original pipe. Bike also doesnt sound and feel so stress. If you want more power, remove restrictor in header, remove electrical powercut unit, 1 tooth smaller rear sprocket, and Iridium plugs. Tested by a friend of mine. But be warned, using iridium requires a somewhat more precise tuning of the carbs, or dyno jets. Or it will fry your pistons.

wad type of "street legal yoshi" ?

like wad s4sixty says get a full-system is much better, rather wasting time asking how u tong ur pipe and having more power... personally using a full-system with racing end will give u unexpected surprize then rather trying to get some bhp by destroying ur original exhaust system.

Ride beside a ROV, blow a few times, then u'll know whether the your pipe can pass or not lor

It a Yoshimura with Titanium Catalyst. Or something like that. Got notice from Motorworld (Importer), Pipe registration number transfered to my name, and have to go for an inspection ($50) to get the 'chop'. Pipe has 2 additional tags along with the brand tag. One is the shop registration no and another is the Japanese inspection tag....

Carbon-fibre catalyst cost - $550 ++

Titanium Catalyst cost - $600+++++

Take your pick.

But be warned, for Super 4 Vtec, Sounds nice with faster and smoother pickup and increase in the mid-range to top. But do not expect a miracle. Ours is only a 400cc. One tremendous increase in HP, get a Class 2.

Yeah even on CL2 bike, a legal exhaust will still be pretty much restricted than a full race system.

No point spending money on legal systems.

My 2 bahts worth of nonsense !

wta fazli said the restictor, u cut ur pipe than u'll be able to see. the diameter actually looks big but when u cut it, u'll see a small hole., almost half of the original hole. the other is below the engine, where the exhaust split 4-2-1
