When u last service and tune and wash air filter? Eveb sparkplug also plays a part.

Try service tune carb and wash filter.

Dear Yoshimura FULL SYSTEM owners,

I would kindly like to trade my full system Tri-oval END CAN only.

Mine's a CARBON FIBER Tri-oval and i would love to get the TITAN BLUE one.

Reason for change - I just love the Titan Blue the moment i saw it.

and i'm hoping if anyone is keen for a exchange..

Note:

Carbon Fiber Tri-Oval for V-TEC III will not be brought into SG

anymore as it's a limited Edition for the V-tec models. that was what the staff told me during my purchase. and it's cost higher than the other models.

well we can do the swap of the end can itself &

the serial number on the end can at seng kuang.

I will bear all service charges and you won't need to come out a penny.

Also, your time & meals or even ciggys will be provided by me.

kindly contact me if anyone is keen & i'm always open for discussion.

It's not about the power or speed or how fast your ride goes but the time & effort spent to achieve something different

My Toys:

Harley XR1200

CB400-V-tec III (served me well )

Streetfighter S ( never felt better! )

Hmm well for starters.... The pipe has a 'run-in' period also. Hmm from what I learnt from the forumers here, the fibre needs to burn 1st b4 the sound will be different and louder. Correct me if i'm wrong guys.

As in how to do it, I think many people say travel at very high rpm. The best way to acheive this is IMO going on the NSHW.

Btw urs is full system?

I got this from the net....

"Black Smoke: Black smoke is caused by excess fuel that has entered the cylinder area and cannot be burned completely. Another term for excess fuel is "running rich." Poor fuel mileage is also a common complaint when black smoke comes out of the tailpipe. Black smoke out the tailpipe is the least cause for alarm. Excess fuel will usually effect engine performance, reduce fuel economy, and produce a fuel odor.

How did the fuel get into the cylinder in the first place? Some of the causes of excess fuel are a carburetor that is out of adjustment, a faulty fuel pump, a leaky fuel injector, or a faulty engine computer or computer sensor. If black smoke is present, check the engine oil as in the white smoke example to make sure excess fuel has not contaminated it. Do not start the engine if a heavy, raw fuel smell can be detected in the engine oil. Call your mechanic and advise him of what you have found."

Or u can see the website directly:

So I guess it might not necessarily because of carbon. Hmm best is to have it checked by mechanic :)
