Bro... I think we need a rough strength before we can go ahead. As for the buffet outlet not much of a problem as we had 1 in our mind during the last meeting in lavendar. i think we should get a clearer picture comes november as most people should be comfirmed... Currently it is still abit far for food wise...

01. Treasure Hunt ( group participation ) , basically we will hide a few diff things at diff places den jus give clues n hints to the group n ask them to find lor... the group who manages to find all the hidden stuffs first wins..

 

02. Musical Chairs ( individual ) , we will break up the musical chairs wif group of 5 for at least 3 teams la... the winner of each team will compete wif each other n we will see lor who will win at the end of it..

 

03. Best dressed victim ( group participation ) , each teams are given toilet paper rolls, garbage bags and they are to decorate one of their group member.. the best dressed of all the teams will win the games lor.. plus this vote is for the audience to vote wan.. so it shud b fair...

Bingo , it will b the game of bingo which many of us sure got play before wan.. the very exciting of this game is tat... lets say got 4 team playing den all the team will b issuing the same paper which lastly all the group will shout 'BINGO'. so only the group which have at the back of the paper have the word BINGO will win the whole thing lor...

1st Update

 

Guys & Gal,

 

Please continue to discuss and plan the activities. What I'm proposing is that the activities be done during that sat afternoon and leave the evening for getting to know more members, food and of course the finale of lucky draw.

 

Activities what I can think of maybe from 1300hrs to 1600hrs we can have amazing race/ little red dot kind of games where we have combination of various cub model mixed together. Game master can be in charge of a team depending how many we can form.

 

From 1630 hrs to 1800 hrs, we can go for say maybe Cubs Soccer Challenge, or maybe other sports like volleyball, basketball, etc. We get the various cubs model to form up teams and we can also do a trophy for this. On it will be a empty plate for engraving the team winner on it and carry forward to next year.

 

As for the progress, here's the update;-

Tees : Still searching for lower cost.

Accessories : Wing Yap will sponsor me with some items free & some for cost to cost which will be a cheap bargain for members to buy. Some will also be put in as prizes. He'll get back to me on this.

Display : A fully modified cubs will be on display and you guys better help me bring it into the chalet main hall. No starting of this race-ready bike hor!!! Confirmation will come later once schedule is check and there are no race then this bike can be brought there.

What I think is that we have to up it to $10-$15 per head. It's really beyond my means to cap it lower cos the tees is gonna kill me.

 

For now, the helmet bag is at the range of $25-$30, keychain about $6. Both SBF & Cubs stickers at a few bucks. Plus the tee is another $10-$18 depending on the material. We can go for cheaper option like silkscreen for the back only and normal T-shirt not polo-tees for that day wearing.

My suggestion for the game. (SBF Cubs Photo Adventure)

 

Introduction=

- 2 to 4 player in a team

- Using 1 or 2 team bike (Optional)

- Need a Digi Camara or A Phone Camara also can

- Delicated place for the game = Changi Village Car Park vincinity (front and back)

 

Games Rules:

 

Part 1=

Set off at base and must be completed within 1hr.

 

1) Take 5pcs of photo included= Mini flag, 1 of the team player, team player bike and A Female (Must be Hot babe or shemale also can).

(The pic must be nice and clear if not will be not counted)

 

2) Take 5pcs of photo included = Mini flag, 1 of the team player, team player & the biker's bike and the biker (Must be A Rider).

(The pic must be nice and clear if not will be not counted)

 

- Will be given a mini SBF flag

- 10pics of stickers for each team (A small token for those who requested to take photo with the player)

 

Half Time = 10mins breaks

 

Part 2 =

Once completed and back to base, Team leader will be draw a list of 10 Question and complete within 1hr will be the Winner.

 

Question: example

1) Take a photo of yourself beside your bike exhaust.

2) Take a photo on your inside the bustop.

3) Take a photo of your face touching your spocket.

4) Take a photo of a bike at the beach, at what chalet or which builiding or ontop of the tree.

5) Need more input... .. . .

 

Think needed abt 25 Question.

 

All the finalize photo with be vetted by Cubs Moderators for approval.

Do discuss on the participants closing & collection date so that I can ensure there is enough goodie bags, while stock last. Once closed then too bad cos the 2nd batch of helmet bag I'm making will be open to all members and it's definitely highly than what's being given for the anniversary.

 

I also need volunteer to help me out on 27 Dec midnight as we'll be getting some seafood for the BBQ.
