All committee members, Our new location good ? Near near the road side and there is a park jus opersite only.

 

I going to organize a meet-up to discuss all the big big small small items for the event.

 

It was going to be short meetup estimated will lasted 2-3hrs to discuss and finalize all the programe and share out the load for this event.

If You guys/gals also can bring up ur points of view during the meetup.

 

Tentatively we set the date on this coming Fri.
