will join you guys for the next outing you guys having any soon..still got alot to be done..i need to relocated the batt..the to plan out a new wiring diagram for the bike..how i wish i can not have signals so i can remove all the switches hahahaha..

Bro, i know what you mean..

Making the handlebars naked with no bulky switches so as to make a bobber look right... For a bobber look, some ride with no front brake, did an internal throttle, remove the bulky starter with the emergency on off switch and you have a clean look on the right side of your handle bar with no cables, wire exposed. For the left side, the bulky horn and signal swithes were removed as they don't see the need for a horn or signal lights. Only the clutch cable is exposed, otherwise they did a suicide clutch and you have a clean look on the left side.

Just wanna share how i did mine..

I removed both right and left bulky switches. For the right side, Mine is a clean look with only the throttle cable and front brake cable exposed. Starter was hidded underneath seat and rear brake light wire was hidden in the handle bar. :) For the left side, you may use a customised mini switch by which it only has horn and signal buttons. This mini switch is fitted nicely according to the diameter of the handlebar.. From front you cant see any bulky switches and these wires are hidden in the handlebars for a clean look :) only the clutch cable is exposed. In all from front view, only the throttle cable, front brake cable and the clutch cable is exposed, other wires are all hidden in the handlebars.

Fyi, i did all these internal wirings on my tw200, not enfield but loves vintage bobber lookin bikes with fatty firestone tyres :)

Cheers :)

I check already. K180 got make for TW200, Sr400, W400 and W650.

Saw my friends install a set of K180 on his W650

W650 is front 100 90/19 and rear 130 80/18. your RE500 can fix without any issues

Front max is 100 i think.

if you want big fat on front then cannot find at local le!

Change your rim to 18' then u can install 130 at front.
