And the reserve valves are on both sides of the tank. o_O

that's the funny part.... why 2 valves uh?

ex-owner told me tat the original valve on the left is the real working reserve valved. Then what does the one on the right do?

maybe work as normal valve? for you to use up all the petrol.. if not u'll end up one side have petrol but your bike is no longer able to run. i read this somewhere before.. if i'm not wrong, compare your aloop with nebulaz's acerbis tank... his tank, the bike will stop running although there's still petrol on one side of it because there's no valve for the petrol to be used.

2 fuel valves mean the bike can utilise most if not all of the fuel in the tank..not like IMS which has only 1 fuel valve on the left, have to tilt the bike to the left to pour the fuel in from the right side to the left side in case really no fuel left in the right side... o_O :faint: :faint:

Be nice or leave...my space, my rule...

the aloop is very low hung compared to the stock and most part of the tank is below the bike main frame(tank cross-section like inverted U). so most of the fuel will be seperated to the LH n RH side of the tank hence the use of 2 pet cocks...

funny thing is both pet cocks are differently made... o_O wonder why...

Both pet cocks differently made..Koz one has reserve..The other one doesn't..For a 7.5 liter tank if both petcocks got reserve..meaning...U'll be switching tanks many times before running dry... lol..cheers..
