When I spoke to Seng Kwang about crash bars, they were suggesting a driving centre look alike, I said you go fly kite. just a thought, probably show them this pic and see if they can be more creative.

Hi!

I'm an Indonesian staying in Singapore for study and work. Been here for 5 years already. I rode motorcycle back in Indonesia and now after 5 years I've been itching to ride again here :cheeky:

I have looked around for information and I thought the CBF might be a good choice for me, but I dunno where to start as I don't know the rule on buying a motorcycle here in Singapore. Will any of you help me?

Emi, exams are important. You can join us for a breather, I think if we keep the outing short and simple, it will be fine. You don't need to follow us if some of us want to do something with our bikes at the workshop. You can always move off earlier after the pump and wash.

Don't feel obligated, take it from someone who never concentrated in studies in my younger days. During my NS, I did my Diploma in Computer studies while others were busy chasing girlfriends on the weekend. I did my Diploma in Supply Chain Mgt (career path change) when I was working at the age of 30. Trust me, its tough to work and study, it gets worse if you are married and have kids. At 38, in the middle of my Degree programme. When you are young, its easy to absorb things, its even better when you have a passion for what you do, it will overcome all hurdles.

You should know by now, paper qualification is very critical in Singapore. Be proud of yourself with these achievements and make your parents proud. Down the road. good things will look for you without you having to look for them (even girls). Don't do because you have to do but because YOU WANT TO DO!

When I bought my first car at only $6000, paid cash.Drove it to work and my boss looked my car and said, what in the world is that, its as old as you. $6000 car, I spend that much in a week. My boss drove a Mercedes 300 SEL. I walked over to my car, took out my original log card ( you only get that if your vehicle is fully paid) and proudly showed it to him and said my car belongs to me, where's yours? with the finance company? So that's not your car yet, till you finished your loan.

Of course..... ...not. hahaha..

I'm thinking of converting my license, i think the goverment allows it right? To 2B license I think? I'm not so sure- since I'm not the rich-indonesian type of guy so I only used public transport from the beginning of my stay in singapore:P

Dear Riders,

Edmund was badly injured in a freak accident on Thursday afternoon. He had stopped at a traffic light waiting for the light to turn green when a car smashed into him, dragging him beneath the car for a about 5m before coming to a stop.

He was in coma for 3 days and came out of it this morning. Wertdeviruz, Pika and myself visited him. He is in bad shape. Let's include him in our prayers today that he will have a speedy recovery to his old self.

Bobbyyankee also had a accident but his bike suffered most of the damage. Bobby is fine as i last spoke to him last night. We pray for your safety.

Dear Riders,

Please take care on the roads. Please avoid placing your selves in a compromising situation by speeding, squeezing through traffic. Please a little humble and give way. Sometimes it may not be our fault, but what good is that if you are sustained some injury that will affect your livelihood.

unfortunately NO, you need to install the brackets. You can get the boxes from me and go down to Ahboy and install the boxes, he's quite cheap.
