hi care to share where you changed the starter relay for $15? i had the same problem, went to a few shops and most quoted $100+

 

starter relay for 100?!! you sure they quote u for the correct stuff? haha

anyway, cant reli rmb, but shld be ard the 20 range, maybe less, & changed mine at bikeworkz

i think what they quote you for 100 bucks is the starter carbon, NOT the starter relay.

oh okay i see. heard good stuff about that shop. went there couple of times for servicing already. yeah man i was quoted $100 for starter relay leh haha. some shops told me my starting kit was spoilt, quote me $400+ haha. thanks anyway bro!

u can go to few shops and check their pricing.

r u using auto tune or will do dyno map??

consider all these when getting it.

nearby racewerk is also hkl. there r other shops too

custom map is a map that is customize to ur bike onli. dyno mapping or autotune mapping. believe it or not. all engine r somehow diff from one another so to get e best power out of ur engine,best is to get a custom map

ya shop will dyno custom for u. u doesn't need to do anything to it anymore unless u mod something tt affect ur fuel,air or engine

I see, so dyno custom is for bazz and auto tune is for PC. Am I Right? Please tell me in the face if im wrong.

Dyno tune/map as what bro blueblood has mentioned, is what shop can do for you. They will hook your bike up onto the dyno machine and do a real-time tuning accordingly. Bazaaz and pc5 are both piggyback units. They serve the same purpose. I would prefer the bazaaz instead. Difference between both I'm sure Google can easily answer your question. How it operates, Google and read. I think you are a little tad confused.

 

How people use auto tune is that they dl a mapping off the internet, hook up the auto tune and take it from there. Not as accurate as an actual dyno tune but it somehow does its job.

Saw this IU mounting on one of the bikes of fellow brother out there.

Just wanna check with this kinda mounting on the left hand side of the handle bar, ur have problem entering carpark with EPS sensor??

 

My HDB carpark senor very lousy, even with IU on the right hand side. Everything say "NO IU detected."

bros;I bought a new throttle cable for 50 bucks at auto machineries but facing prob fixing it..

 

 

 

fixing at the throttle grip I got np but I dunno how to access the butterfly point which is under the left hand side of the bike under ther airbox.any peeps willing to show guidance?ONe box ciggie...cheers

frm my understanding is tt 's' model is e same as 04-05 r6 and onli USA has extended it to 2009.typically in local 06 onwards is a 'r' model

u need to remove ur air box, i dunno wat year ur bike is but if its a 08+, remove the top cover,then loosen 5-6 alen key at e stacks area n unplug a fuel connector and a wire plug n ur air box will be out.
