u shouldn't be seeing those temp. fan cut in at 101 deg. unless u switch off e bike n on back again. check ur radiator cap.

u flush e coolant urself? rad cap has a delicated pressure setting that will pop open when e pressure is reach n u will see e coolant reservoir level increase. if e cap doesn't close up after opening, it wont hold pressure, temp might increase too. but in ur case seems more like air lock inside e cooling system. engine ice is one of e best coolant out there.

The coolant might the the issue too. But I've never tried engine ice so can't comment on how it performs. On old bikes the thermostat might not open fully due to age which lowers the cooling performance of the engine. Few months back my bike was hitting 105 deg c. Replaced the thermostat now warms up faster and cools down faster too. Never hit 103 deg c. Try check if they bleed out the cooling system properly (that should be the thing to check first) some times they rush the job so just top up the radiator to brim then close the cap. Never do coolant bleeding.

how much u buy ur thermostat

About $75. Do note my bike older than yours. You can also just take out the thermostat altogether and ride without one. You will need to change coolant also. If diy can just remove the thermostat housing let the coolant leak out do the repair then top up coolant. Save you from having to drain all the coolant.

Normally the timing chain will last the life time of the bike because unlike your drive chain, its sealed and constantly oiled.

Say if I use the red key to reprogram another pair of key, can I delete the old pair of key from the ignition recognition?

Reason being, I bought my r6 recently and out of the sudden, the previous owner tell me he only have 1 set of key when its time to pass the key, and im afraid he might be keeping the other set. so can i delete the previous set of key?

When reprogram, the old key will be useless. Reprogram can be done by yourself easily. Do not need any computer or kit. Just need the red key and the X number of black keys u need.

just called auto cycle. told that i can purchase 1 piece of blank key, if i only program 1 blank key, the previous 2 will be useless? if i try to program 3, the first 1 will become useless? are u sure i can delete old keys this way? hmmm'

if u can program x number of keys, it means there must be a way to render the old key useless or u will just end up with x number of key capable of operating the bike..
