Make sure your tires are in good condition. Check your pressures too. And if it's your first time round the track, don't be in a hurry to go chasing other faster riders. You may end up falling... Take your time to learn the track. :goodluck:

ya its my 1st time on track so got lots of things to learn...i wont go fast for the 1st time not like [3]`chUn.....hahaha...

I'm using 2CT tires now and have been using for like 7month is it still ok for track?

Add on from what LioN mentioned.

Hydrate yourself appropriately and sleep in early to have enough rest the day before. It's good to abstain from night activities on the previous night. You'll want to have an alert mind when you're riding. Just bring money, some water along will do. It's good to have someone experienced on your first time there.

Last, but not least. Don't forget to bring yourself along. :thumb:

wow...lots of things to look out...thanks

2CT tires are fine just as long as there's sufficient thread and proper pressures for track usage. Double check your brake pump and fluid, and your brake pads too. Make sure brake lines are all secure and tight. All nuts and screws are to be scutinized too.

There was a rider who's name I shall withhold riding an expensive Italian bike who went to track with an loose fitting rear brake caliper. His brake fluid was leaking all over the rear rim. Potential hazard to himself and other track users.

For race tires, the pressure used ranged from 29 - 31psi. As for street/sports tires, it should be fine to use the same measurements. I've tried it on both Metzler's Sportec M1 and M3 and it works fine.

My usual choice is always 30/30 but it boils down to personal preference. That said, always take and measure the tire's pressure when it's stone cold... Best to put the required pressure before leaving home for the track. Should the failure to do so, upon reaching your destination, you'll find your pressures high due to the long ride and thus, harder to gauge the proper measurements for track usage. :goodluck:

30 front and rear. No problem. The toilet stinks, bring your own tissue paper, in case you decide to clear your bowels there.

Riding tips, look for Lion. :D

My only piece of advice, have someone that is really experienced to go with you for your first time. It helps. Experienced ppl would be like Lion, been riding track for a couple of years already. :p

My riding tips? Very simple...

Ride like no tmr prepare for the worst... :D

The only way to improve is to keep on practising. Go experience trackdays with the fast riders. You'll see plenty of eye-opening stunts.

Just like my signature... Ride it like you stole it. :D

Progressive is the key. There's no shortcut neither is there any chance of cutting down 6/7 seconds after one round of track session. Unless you are Rossi... :D
