Wow....so many rich kids here. Kept buying n buying. If u wanna change ur header can use 02-05 r6 header. Better than changing a midpipe. It can be done at sanfu at kaki bukit. I haf a fren tat do it der. The sound damm solid wif stick exhaust only. Maybe u can ask our Daytona racer. Think he saw it b4

Nels0n, ur akra full system the header is 4-1 or 4-2-1? coz i seen most aftermarket headers are 4-2-1 but heard dat akra is 4-1?

 

btw, wats the difference in performance for these two types of header types?

how much was it with the installation?

 

wat i heard from others is that wen fixed to 06-10, the headers will touch the lower fairings and thus may melt the bottom part..

im not sure if true or not.

4-2-1 header has a wider power band for low and mid range power band .. When u convert to 4-1 header usually for honda aftermarket headers like S4 or Blackbird its has better punch n search for the mid n high range but u may need to run abit rich to support the 4-1 header in order to feel the difference

 

 

Bikes like gsxr 400 , gsr 400 and hornet 250 stock already comes with the 4-1 headers

I have seen quite a few brands of headers but i never seen 4-1 header before n usually for CL2 bike i never seen much only blackbird have it .. Somemore is the yoshi old sch RS3 full system. Can consider the yoshi n mircon serpent header coz it has very good desgin to create back pressure for better punch n search for higher revs

if i were u i would suggest change both tyres la... ur back tyre u also clock up quite a number of click alr rite.. might as well change both..

second hand track tyre u gotta see how bad is the tyre.. if still ok den not so bad... i saw 1 tyre on sale... think he said only went track twice and only clock 1000km on road... 150.. tat 1 can consider... so u should be able to track another 1 or 2 more times max... dun just change the front la.. u wanan bring ur bike down to track and play might as well change both even though u say u hardly track.. haha

 

u wan i sell u my tyres 120.??? i also only track the tyre twice..

CHANGE MID PIPE!... change full system so much more money and not much more HP gain... unless u can get a second hand full system cheap...

It's exact fit I can say. U can find 2nd hand header online each will be much cheaper. My fren gt it for $100+. required tunning aft fix or it will back fire a lot. Nx time I ask my frens out den u tk a look at it

Bro u gt to find it urself for the header. If not wrong workmanship plus bracket is ard 100+. as for the melting for the lower fairing my fren dub haf dis problem. The sound damm solid

Fairing is not able to fit onto the bike fitted with stock exhaust system.

 

no windshield and but comes with a windshield headlight.

Jus sold my cf seat cowl to a guy. Wah his bike sound damn power. He using 07 Leo Vince slip on with 04 header on a r6 09. If my bike plus Joel bike combine still loose. Some more he say he change at unique for $200. Damn tempting but I think too loud confirm always get ready $700 for police

confirm back fire 1... u need to retune the bike... go retune with me la.. i wanan retune again... haha

i think use the older model headers better... the race headers they selling on ebay most prob is MJS headers... they take ur stock headers and make it a str through header... not reli worth it..

a y everything must compare to my bike!!!! y cannot comapre to Mann's bike! ya i know tat time i went to unique they told me should have came eariler they just sold off a old r6 header i can use instead of the mid pipe. Hmmm.. maybe time to consider an older model header since u say my bike so soft... but wanna get must faster get before i retune.. hahaha.. Change header good! OC will not know den will not nag... i change rcs alr kanna nag.. now wanna buy isaac clutch lever sure nagging X 2 one.. i think must do things to the bike OC cannot see.. hahaha
