Guys, I need help...My R6'08 throttle body sever motor faulty..Anyone experience this?

 

bro wat is the error code??? servo motor faulty?? did u replace ur servo motor with the exup plug when u changed to a full system???

Hi guyz. I really need to clarify these qns in my mind. People keep on talking and saying that R6 & R1 gets real hot quickly on roads especially here in SG.

If it's yes or no, how bout fazer then? or even those suzuki GSXss bikes?? Can anybody enlighten me? Thank you.

To my knowledge, all yamaha bike r like that. I'm riding a R6, it heats up really quick. My fren riding a fazer 1000. He says he got the same prob.

 

Actually it is not a prob, its just normal for yamaha bike. Abit uncomfortable under a hot sun and tats all..

Hey slize, the error code indicate 60..wat i noe i did not touch anything that got to do with the throttle body when i switch to full sys..race werk quote me 1kplus2 juz to change the sever motor..and they told me that tis is common cases for r6 and r1 from 05 to 08. U experience tis bf?

bro if ur servo motor is spoilt... maybe u wanna get the exup plug to replace the servo motor??? if it is reli the servo motor faulty... it's quite a common problem if u change a full system and leave ur servo motor there... the exup plug we all have ordered is abt 80-90. The servo motor is actually of no use now since u are using a full system...

Actually, Service the throttle body and everything else only will cost you 500-600 at my mech... i even changed TPS. the exup you can get from joel at 90 buck... total wont even reach 1k.

a bro change tps and sync throttle body only abt 200-300++ lehz..

Blink ME : Bro one more thing u can actually just run a small check on is the fuse under ur seat. it's either labelled Electric Throttle Valve or ETV. The fuse i think is a 7.5A fuse.. U check to try to replace the fuse.. that may be the cause of the problem for the error code 60 " throttle servo motor" which may be a false alarm on ur servo motor being spoilt.

Because i sync and do valve clearance and wash clutch plates ma... and sync the slipper clutch also... Bros out there! if you find your clutching got problems, ask your mech to check the slipper clutch placing... sometimes it will go out of place... i got mine done and it works nicely again...

hi guys, i need recommendations for a new tyre change. i want to change into something thats sticky and good for corners on the road. what would you bros recommend? am using dunlop sportmax now, kinda feel dodgy with it. :S

U can go HKL I change my M5 at $420 only. $30 for the Bridgeport L valve. Uniques quote mi at $430
