wanna just share wif u of wat happen today while riding back.

the nite b4 i do my own decarbonizing of pipe...i'm soo proud of it...even my dad nver done it himself b4..

today after a long ride...just 3 traffic light from home...suddenly a LOUD engine noise is heard...while riding, i tink...tat one doesnt comes from my bike...i look to the right..saw a Subaru WRX..must be from his exhaust pipe..

but after the car pass by....the sound is still heard...untill i turn to my pipe and saw my silencer was halfway out of the pipe....WTH!...

luckily it doesnt fall off and run over by other vehicle....den i realise..while fixing the silencer yest nite..i didnt tighten the screw soo much...

lucky me...just in fron the the RXK bike shop opp aunty shop..near eminint plaza...ask the uncle to fix the screw...$2 giv him lah....even thou i can do it when back home..but the sound of the pipe was...AWESOME!!!...lolz.

now i noe...why the silencer must be install...hehhehz

I tried to take out the silencer to "clean" the pipe too. Took out the screw but unable to take out the silencer..hahah..got stuck..

now my screw drop out..lost..the silencer still dun wan to come out after ridden in for months..hmmz

bro you take out the back part of the exhaust .... so now the header is separated.

then you insert a long solid pole through the end where the header should be....

jus jam through the exhaust.... if you taken out the screw... then the silencer should come out.

sometimes becos of carbon build up, the silencer is stuck

i tink its better for the screw to be stuck rather than loose and lost it while riding..

to make the "sound" louder, according to my younger bro...who mix wil the "illegal

mat motors...he says this...

translated to english" make the holes in the silincer bigger, do not cut short. if TP catch and check, den u can just say..u dunnoe..you bought from the bike shop already like tat"

no need to buy leo vince or whatever pipe..to make it louder...hheheehz.

u mean after doing all the necessary change... the chances of bulb blowing & socket melting is oso high becoz of the 6v regulator??? :(

i pressume this regulator cnot b change...

Before I upgrade my lighting coil, everythings is fine. Only the head light no bright enough, change to higher watt bulb still not satisfy with it brightness.

After upgrade to RXZ lighting coil, i'm so happy to c all my bulb brightness is so great

3 Months down the road, meter bulb start to blow up, follow is the head light than the socket melt. :(

Asked a few senior mechanic, some said my regulator spoilt can only get original one at about S$30+. Some said change also no use 6V regulator not lasting becos of 12V battery. Some said 12V regulator also no use, who can guaranty that other electrical components will not be affected.

So I assume that in order to upgrade from 6V to 12V, the entire electrical system need to change!!!!!!!!!!!!!:faint:

ya, need a solid pole and a solid blow too. If ur silencer is badly corrored, u will hv a few pieces of silencer.

OIC..so must take out the back of the exhaust...ic..have not try out yet..!

I wonder how many "pieces of silencer" I have..I doubt will have le..

I often see "oil" clog up at the end of the exhaust...so i dun think will corrode

ok... lets say we take the 2nd senario... change to 12v regulator... is it possible in the 1st place??? change to rxz regulator???

next... entire electrical system consist of

1.head light

2.tail light

3.signal light

4.meter/indicator light

5.horn

6.flasher relay

7.rectifier

8.lighting coil

9.battery

10.regulator

is that all??? anything else that we miss???

so theorically electrically it should work like a rxz!!! true???

btw: saw "pengantin" bike park at BPP just now!!! lord bear: nice handlebar & paintwork...:thumb:

Wire Harness

Rectifier & Regulator (New RXZ combine 2 in 1)

Ignition coil Assy

CDI unit Assy

Charge Coil (Not sure can fit or not)

Left & Right Switch on Handle bar

Yes, theoretically if entire electrical system can be change, it should work like a rxz.
