got the rack/base yesterday.left with the rattan box.

 

i saw it on a chick's pink vespa.

was smiling to myself all the way from eng neo to steven exit

 

damn sweet!

 

cant wait once it got fix and riding it when sch reopens!

ic but hard to find the place sia haha. is it near the cause way? i wanna go after i ord in may lol. my bike now starts to become harder to kick start le. must kick alot alot of times. dunno y, maybe due to the rain recently.

 

oh ya anyone faces problem on the exhaust sound being too loud? personal opinion ar. i felt that the sound is abit too loud sia. anyone tried to soften the volume and suceeded?

 

bro u can go to the bike shop b4 shell petrol kiosk.. its an apek shop bt the mechanic there rides a k oso.. very good with thgs.. he can mod for u alot of thgs...

i always go to HI-Rev shop. the bapok area there. well the mechanic was recommended by my friend. good service. good one. every mth go there.

what i did to my ktm2 when still newbie-newbie

2 years ago when just turned 18!lol

 

make sure ignition is off.PULL the choke,

off the fuel valve and twist the throttle at full throttle

and importantly kick your kickstarter 10-15 times

its okay to on your fuel fer 3 secs?

this will allow the water(petrol will float,water sink-leading to carb first)

after that on ignition,give a good kick.

see hows the result

mine just back to the healthy,crispy engine!

if cant if u have new spark plug.change it,if not.just salvage whatever left

Well this is an update. The block have this screw. 4 on top 4 below. Below part will fix on the gear gox then the top will fix on the 'cap' with the spark plug. Mine the top screws loose, that why my engine vibrate like crazy and got leakage. Need to replace the screws. So one screw he charge me $15, total $60. Then the replace the back wheels bearings. Both of them smash to bits liao. wear and tear. Each $19, total $38. Then charge me $20 for workmanship fee. Total $118. So is it ex? Have I been 'ketuk-ed'. Just asking.

Is it worth it to change to the front original K mud guard for $25. Anyone got or knows of a better offer?

 

Mine is chromed, already like tat when I bought it but now rust beyond repair. How much i use the chrome polish and rust remover, rain a bit then super rust again. Thought of changing.

best is dont get from lab, it rusts too easily, i think the quality is bad..

 

better to pay abit more to get a better quality one

I know this post is bit off the usual RX topic but some of you have experience on other bike before. Need help lah.

 

My sister bought her CBR150 like 2 months back. Then it got into a freak accident. Her bike was at the parking lot then got a car crash into it. Brake lever break into 2 and got scratches at her right ferring. The culprit drove away of cause after he/she put back my sister bike up.

 

Nvm that, I changed the brake lever liao yesterday but then all of a sudden, the bike refuse to move. Its like the front and rear tyres cannot move/spin. Is it the brake pad or the disc brake? The funny thing is when i rode it to the bike shop, all ok. I even rode around my neighbourhood. Today when she wanted to go work, then the problem arose.

 

Is it because of the stupid mishap that my sister's bike is in that condition? Please help and advice, thanks.

u might need to go check the brake caplier and hose as well as the reservior part

 

the disc might damaged as well.. send to ur mech better

the brake caliper thing i believe has jammed.

or, the brake disc is not straight anymore

But u mentioned u rode to bike shop is okay

so i believe is the earlier

 

actually theres a method which i did to my ktm

when the front brake jam during a trail.

 

i remove this 'rubber' tubey cover thing.

it will release the brake fluid.

which will unjam The whole front brake!

 

But reminder,u will be left with rear brake only okay

ride slow and ride safe!hope it helps

either ur batt dead or sumthg wrong wid ur fuse.. if wana convert to 12v u muz change batt n also ur coils in ur dynamo.. hard to diy.. muz go shop.. i did mine in jb.. total abt 150 SGD... bt its better.. lesser electrical n wiring probs..

Hello good pple. I want to spray my tank. Any tips.

 

Weiqiang, i read before that u tried spray painting ur bike. Any tips for me? Did u remove the whole tank or u spray with the tank intact. Get wat i mean. lol.

 

Any good shop giving good bargain for the rim and spoke. Or is it I can use my old spoke. Reccomendations and tips pls. Thanks all.
