X1 taillight on s4?

hmmm possible to fix a X-1 taillight onto s4? any1 tried b4 or know any shop that got do this?

yup.. two of my frens did it.. but one of them (Spec2) melted/burnt after 8 months of using.. dunnoe why.. i saw this shop beside ahboy have it..try jb agl oso can..

 

one down side of it is that.. the brake light is not as bright and clear compared to stock ones..

yes it is possible,i have frens who fixed it on their S4

icic.. but how was the fitting of the taillight? cos my bike shop say they can mod for me, but they said they may have to shave a bit of the box. n the fitting may not be " tight".

LordCani did the mech have to shave off or do any mod to the bike? my mech keep telling me must shave a bit of the storage box near the tail. n hows the fitting like?

yeah have to cut here chop there so the light can fit. and the middle 2 LEDs might be kena block by the tailboard so also can to cut abit of the tailboard if u wan. The fitting.... so-so only lor. Its not meant to be like that one ma so not as fitting as original lor. And better use the 4 LEDs as tail light and the centre big big one as brake light. If not risk getting rear-ended. the LED is... i would say kena sai. can't see at all. Thats why i change back original.

haha agreed.. ive seen my fren fixed it and i can barely notice if he's braking or not.. better dun compromise on brake lights.. coz thats is usually the indicator for the vehicle behind you to slow down..

 

But i admit its nice though compared to the rxz type..

Or ya can always DIY ya own taillight using LEDS!
