is this a classical guitar, as in nylon-stringed?

 

or folk guitar, with metal string?

 

is the fretboard warped?

Does it have a truss-rod in the neck,

so that if warped can adjust back?

 

am really keen, i already have an electric at home.

that i play infront of the kids. :slapforehead:

If current resale prices are anything to take note of....

 

2 yr old Viffer sold for 14k.

2.5 yr old Viffer sold for 11k. :giddy:

Hi Bro,

 

currently i am staying in a 4-roomer.

The valuation is about 230-240k.

But i think, can get 250k.

But if fortunate, or ideally, try to get 270k.

 

5 room flat for the newer flats in my area is 350-400k, for Blk 190s.

For the older blocks, Blk 180s, its around 330-350k.

But recently some1 sold off as low as 302k.

 

Wat do u think, should i upgrade to 5 roomer or stick

around or look for other 4-roomer?

if u have kids... prob 5rm will be better, cz sooner or ltr, when they grow up, they will wan their own rm..

if no kids, mayb 4rm is enuff for u n ur wife... easier on the pocket oso..

of cz, all these will dep on ur budget n financial priorities

So far, i've only shifted once.

Yeah, it sure can be a pain in the neck! :giddy:

But i guess its still bearable, just get a professional

mover, pay them $500, hope they do a swee-swee job for u. :smile:

 

I guess its kinda worth the inconvenience for me.

Anyway, it was part of my 5-year financial plan and goal.

 

Almost 10k was spent on a family holiday,

the rest was pump into the family car.

 

Now must slowly save up again,

or find some other form of accumulation.

If it is acoustic, i am interested.

 

I presumed that the guitar is in good condition,

and that the neck/fretboard is not warped.

 

No need to retune, cos i normally play half a step lower.

Have to go easy on the fingers. :D

I hope it comes with cover? :confused:

 

I guess, a 5-rm would be ideal cos i got 2 kids liao.
