hi skazuz,

apologies unable to ans to your qns in time, yup as what bitting point mention. S4 uses H4.

H7 is for single beam. either high beam or low beam. it is a single filament bulb.

spec 3 original is **** 10X which mean is 10 amp.

up gear will give u top speed.

down gear will give u pick up.

decide which you want. for me remain as it is...

S4 cruising at 140 150 is ok for whole stretch NSH. Side box with triple metal mounts holds but vibrates..

Erm... there's a series of talks coming up. I'm going for the first one on Tuesday at Chong Pang Camp to observe Alan give the talk after TP. About close to 8 camps scheduled. And there's one at Yishun ITE. But me going to see see for all, cause not qualified to talk Eh... Simpleme you from MotoV group also right?

well i am quite sure u can give some tips on long distance. SG riding esp for those delivery guys i am sure they are like doing distance riding maybe nt exactly the same but everyone sure got something able to give contribution.

hi haoyi, if you have notice in there there isnt much posting as it is more for reference use. also some of the qns that you ask are already somewhere. let me try to ans the 1st qns on handlebar.

2nd qns, for all spec. gear 1-4 all can drag till red line. but it is gear 5 / 6 where u you have abit of prob dragging till there. as it is near top speed about 180-190km/h.

I am sure some of us Super 4 riders in SG would like to do that mod. Unfortunately, due to our strict vehicle ownership and modification laws, it is not legally possible. Sorry to burst your bubble. A good alternate resource would be the Hong Kong riders.

Problem: Shakey Steering

Description:

 

I am currently riding a s4 v-tech 1

6th gear at 130 bike travel smoothly

slow down to 90 handle bar will go haywire

tapping a little footbrake making it slow down to

60 and it will be smooth again.

( Not once but many times i've tried, same result again & again)

 

Cone bearing,front wheel bearing,front fork serviced

 

Tyre inflation (230 front 250 back)

 

balancer i use is very light (almost weightless) been using around a year.

 

bring down fork around 1 half inches & got put handle bar extension & raised rear suspension using posh bracket(done around 2 years ago)

 

Let my mechanic ride her & he said my swing-arm bearing no good ( still, i don't think it's the reason for her to swing only during travelling at 70-90)

hi... i would just like to check with you.. im buying a yoshi off a forumer. Is the procedure like this: ??

 

1) get the pipe and cert from the forumer

2) fit the pipe onto the bike myself

3) go to any inspection centre and produce the cert and $$$ for inspection

4) go home a happy man

 

Can you tell me if my steps are correct?
