hey guys i haf a question but its not related to s4, just wanna know...

if someone sells you something, gives a personal guarantee that the thing is working of lets say 7 days, and if upon buying it u go home and discover that its spoilt. and when u ask the person for ur money back and the person doesnt want to giv ur money back, can u report him to the police for fraud or conning you?

 

hope someone can answer my question,

this is just a made up scenario ok? just curious...

 

black n white is important for any transaction..without it,quite difficult if report police..
