When: 14th March, Sun

Time: 1500hr onwards

Location: Changi Beach Park

Area A pit no 2

Purpose: Bi-anually gathering

 

It's Sunday...only crazy ppl werk on sun...even more crazy for those who's not werking at all :sian: damn...bet most of the regularss can turn up rite

2) Motofreak + Nurlitz (not necessarily potluck mah. I feel like swimming)

For food wise, need ya all to share the load ah coz I can't use my car tat day :sian:

I would need a tyre change for my front and rear tyres le.

 

Any recommdations and estimated price range for the tyres recommanded?

 

I usually use my bike for normal usage to work and no trekking for me.

May i know brand new how much?

Estimated price for tires can take a look at Unique Pricelist lor. They have a section for GSR. All price there. Then decide on your preferred tires and budget. Do some research might help, Googling. If you ask me, my recommendation is different from the others. So in the end, the decision is still yours.

As for 2nd hand, it depends on the condition of the bike. If 8.5k but the bike cause so much prob in the near future...then not a good deal.

 

Best to ask shop...we dun actually buy GSR everyday. Different people will be quoted differently due to insurance. A new one is in the range of 14k - 19k, i think. Do some legwork. Calling/visiting bikeshops does help to get the actual amount.

HL Cycle(Kaki Bukit). I just went. Check thru did a test ride and place deposit.

Excited. 1 week later take. Yum Yum.

They also got another one cant rem colour at 15.5k OTR.

Michelin Pilot Road 2 is very good for me, love this tyres, i did mine for $420 i think

LOl i Guess i'm the only one in the GSR who really had the best Deal for my GSR...

 

mine is FBB plate and cost me 7.5k (machine) only,Mileage was 7k+ too HAHA. and the bike is still going very very good for me:) cheers to the pilot who sold me his this bike

New paintwork - 2 tone

New michelin front / rear tyres

All round touch up (rectify all minor scratch,rust etc)

Becareful of new paintwork....I always worry if there's a new paint work. Most of the time, its because of acciident, thus the new paint job. Unless you are the one requesting for it la hahah. Value will go down a bit due to paintwork. Most will prefer original.

 

Do check if the engine is working fine. Shops tends to put in adatives to make the bike smooth. Once out, do change your Engine Oil & Spark Plugs. Do it elsewhere. Not to say that the shop can't be trusted, its juz a precaution.

Can the sticker withstand the heat?

If can i also keen. But i wan paste Hotspurs.

They talking about the pillion grab handle...Not the sticker hahahha. Anyway most decals can withstand the temp.
