denverdino>>> your method cannot be applied because you're assuming that

the speed/rpm curve is linear when it's not. as you go faster, drag increases

exponentially, meaning you get smaller speed gain at higher rpms.

max speed for the gsr 400 is 202km/h by i don't know who. that should be at

about 12k rpms. maybe at max redline 14k rpms, the speed would be near

210km/h, 215km/h at most, though unlikely.

personally had 200km/h at 12k rpms, revs wouldn't go up anymore.

mods done:

powerplant device, fuel injector venturis,

underseat cylindrical air filter, bassy stock cans,

super-sensitive in-built gyroscope, inertia-based accelerometer,

streamlined panniers (zero drag),

taped up wires, exposed grounding wires,

TBC mounted, custom tire pressures.

litre bikes watch out! :gun:

technically, it seems like an S4 spec III can outrun a GSR 400.

stock to stock comparison:

torque

spec III - 38Nm @9.5k rpm

GSR 400 - 37Nm @ 9k rpm

power

spec III - 52.29 HP @11k rpm

GSR 400 - 53.00 HP @ 11k rpm

power:weight

spec III - 0.3076 HP/kg

GSR 400 - 0.2865 HP/kg

But practically, gsr 400 outrun s4. But at about 180km/h super 4 may win back. Have tried with my fren b4. but the gap between two bike is not alot
