hi I just saw this forum and I need to seek your advise

 

I bought a GSR 400 from ASP for 14k include insurance and he say I cant do all black, any cheap cheap shops to recommend to do all black???

 

anyway just those parts that has all the silver coating, i want it black, anyone know the pricing??

Buy coloured sticker then paste over lor. Cheaper than painting...furthermore, the original paint is not disturb.....if dun like colour can easily peal the sticker and paste another colour.

check out this paint shop at bukit merah/alexandra area... think its called paint killer or something like that.

someone sprayed their frame black there before.

b mindful that once sprayed black, it gets dirty easily. so do consider this b4 u do anything. this is especially at the fork end n the swing arm n pillion stand.

 

i will definitely be at LC foodcourt for dinner...

unless rain...

still meeting LC? only 3 ppl including u hor...

One forumer has claimed it can outstrip ANY 1000cc bike on the road at the Racewerks thread.

All this when this forumer just blipped the throttle while the bike is at neutral and at standstill.

So, please be careful. I'm on a 600 and I'm now trembling in fear.

well, that one i read already. a 400cc bike with 53bhp power, can outstrip a litre bike. that is an amazing technology from honda... then a litre sportbike from honda sure can outstrip a busa anytime. :thumb:

eh, don't like revo is it.

mods done:

powerplant device, fuel injector venturis,

underseat cylindrical air filter, bassy stock cans,

super-sensitive in-built gyroscope, inertia-based accelerometer,

streamlined panniers (zero drag),

taped up wires, exposed grounding wires,

TBC mounted, custom tire pressures.

 

litre bikes watch out! :gun:

Whoa bro. As the day go by. REVO getting fiercer and fiercer. Wah siao leh. U riding 600 with mods already in fear. I riding 600 stock. I'm shietting my pants off man. This is crazy. WHAT HAS THE WORLD COME TO!!! :faint:

GOOD NEWS!!!! Pipes for GSR400 will be available in Motoworld. Juz now go there for servicing. Was told this. Price not known yet, should be in the range of S$1.2k. Brand is WR'S.

 

Heard that 2 people book already (Down S$300). One chinese and one malay. Any of you here did that?

Just finished running in my GSR400, realised that my 1 full tank can only last me about 250km. Is that normal?

 

and also just went NSH to test the bike then found out that my bike rpm stuck at 9000 at 6th gear about 150km/h. Is there a power cut?

 

If there's really a problem, can recommend a shop for me to fix it?

U jus open throttle till 150km/hr or u drop gear and change at high RPM.

When u say stuck, wat kind of feedback u get from the bike?

Jus how heavy or big are u? Did u tuck yaself in?

Just change maxima extra eo and add pa2 ... now bike engine abit quiet..abit only...that enough for me ...even if its a placebo effect...

 

bro..ya true.. the engine a bit noisy..sometimes... sometimes its just quiet... where am i wrong...? just change eo to maxima extra 4..plus spark plug iridium or something....plus ice coolant...they say it reduce the heat...but i see like no diffe... yes using maxima a bit lighter...but still noisy.... is it because i change gear abruptly...?

what do you guys think about the pick up...?

 

to me, does this bike have to start slow as it increase speed..?whenever i change gear, there always a noisy sound... chain sound.. does anyone occurs this...
