I just changed mine about a week ago. Best part is when i visually checked the spoiled bulb, the filaments inside r perfectly intact. beats me why it's spoiled. I still keeping it for future study

 

check the wiring in your bike.

rusted earthing wires/points might be the cause of your electrical problems.

Sorry bro, The Osram Bulb reserved for leinadace. The bulb is 12V60/55W. Made in Germany.

 

> Please come for the meet up to fix up the bulb. The bulb warranty will be ending soon. So if faulty, I can change the bulb. Coz this one still new, not tested yet. Also me lazy to take out the current one and put in the new one....Later people says no more new, consider 2nd hand. If you wan, maybe 1 May I put in the bulb for you. Do PM me if you see this.

buy an eye jack, cover the jacked lamp, like captain hook. shd b one n only one...

 

I would suggest you 'ditch' the idea of using LED as pole lights. Use Filament, lasts much much longer. A very good example is our headlight bulb.

 

If you wan coloured, maybe can go for PIAA. Always wanted to go for theirs. But dunno where to find the filament type. Wedge Bulbs. Make sure to use 12V 5W T10.

Very strange...is 'BIKE' really a 'bad' word? Hahaha maybe ur place they encourage people to get cars instead of motorcycle. Have you try the key word 'car'?

My place filter alot of words. Think the only word not filtered is WORK and the company name. Using Ipod to post is so hard to type. slow also.

Go and buy an EEEPC or cheap notebook alternative. Ipod not meant to do that....later you eyes go round and round coz of the small screen.

 

I can confirm one thing though....you are addicted to SBF > GSR forum hehehehe

Thats the only downside to my company. No IM allowed. Even if i install it won't work. Even webmessenger kenna block. Any external emails as well

but LEDs is more durable than bulbs rite? pole light n head light is different leh. unlike those bikes which use bulb as their pole light. fog lamp? singapore got fog meh??

From my many many wasted money experience, not worth the buy for LED coz bikes the vibrations much much more than car. The Electronic component of the LED may not be able to take the shocks.

 

Anyway they are the same. You can inspect the original Pole Lights that comes with the bike. Its filament. There must be a reason y the engineers use filament for this bike. If not, they would just stick to LED, just like out brake lights.

wat i heard from my colleague is that LED can tahan shock compared to filament bulbs. imaging when ship go for firing, the whole ship jerks when the gun fire. the impact is much more greater than the vibration we have on our bikes. filament do give way but LED don't.

 

for me, i had use T10 for a year already. so far so good, only blink blink to flirt with me.

supersonic > u looking for crash bar ar? i got mine which i took out and replaced with sliders. it does block the filter la, but u just got to press the crash bar downwards and u can take out the filter already.
