Let me know if there is a mass order ok?

My next coming addition to my baby GSR will be a scottoiler first ... :D

bros can u advice me how much is a 1st hand gsr400 and its insurance for 20..

Bro ... no offence, but you should check the first page of this thread first before asking this qns... becos there are many people coming in to check out the price of GSR here so Bro wildcard has taken the liberty to post it in the first thread already. Anyway, below is the cut and paste from first page:

2. Pricing

For GSR 400 non ABS machine price, it should be between 11k to 12k. Things to take note for OTR will be the road tax(normally 6 months), insurance rate (depending on age and years of riding experience), COE rate(depending on the COE market), IU unit with bracket (depending on the shop), transfer fee if any, 7% GST for your machine and not including insurance, road tax and COE. And of cos how many years of loan you are taking and the interest rate varies from shop to shop.

For GSR600, prices range for $15,500 to as much as $17,000 OTR.

ABS version yet to hit Singapore.

Ultimately, its the individual effort to ask around the shops for the exact quote that the shop can give. Get a benchmark from there and can start the bargaining session. That will include your machine price, OTR, free gifts or free servicing.

Anyway, this thread is not a bike shop, we dun sell GSR here. So to find out the latest and more accurate price will be to head down to the bike shops themselves and find out... also, dun be lazy and call them to ask becos they will most likely wun entertain people calling and just ask for the price ... the bike shops pay those sales people just to entertain people like you(interested buyers) ...

Hope the above helps you ....

Cheers,

Cyrix

i don't understand why you tell someone to look the info up then spoonfeed him

the answer right after that and then chastise him for asking here in the first place.

well, whatever works for you..

mods done:

powerplant device, fuel injector venturis,

underseat cylindrical air filter, bassy stock cans,

super-sensitive in-built gyroscope, inertia-based accelerometer,

streamlined panniers (zero drag),

taped up wires, exposed grounding wires,

TBC mounted, custom tire pressures.

litre bikes watch out! :gun:

It's not a mass order thingy...more like a mass gathering....show gansterism at the shop....then demand discount...hahahha. Will keep you posted...maybe easier to ask this during one of the mini gathering or meet ups. then can see how many interested lor.

Well ... I am more of a diplomatic person ... and prefer to give the salesman a preaching or two with my endless trolling their shops and bargaining to archieve the "right" price I am seeking ....:)

Becos I know the shop will not run away ... so i can keep pestering the shop for discount till I get it :)

Anyway, I am still interested in your "Gangsterism" approach and see if can get the best deal in town ...:)

HID??? or is it just a normal H4 bulb???

if its HID then you got alot of work to do liao...

if its just a bulb, then you just need to remove the side cover and then remove the headlight...

Dude!!! U freaking crazy.... Yes it MAY work and light up bright and all. But what u would not know is that the wiring harness would slowly fry and at the same time would melt your headlight. It would be worse if u have raceshield on it. Recommend use standard. U wanna go bright then get proper HID.

lol.. i not very sure cos i am not very good at this.

on the box of the bulb it says HID Glass H4 12V input is 60/55W and output will be 130/90W.

if you guys recommand stock 1, i guess i shall stay with the stock 1.. play safe..

or if u have any recommanded HID that i can get from anywhere.

and 1 question, about the side mirrors will vibrate when travelling, any recommanded side mirror? best is tinted abit to previous bright lights at night.

thanks alot!!!!

Cheyyyy.. Its one of those gimmik type bulbs. SUPER ULTRA CRYSTAL CLEAR HIGH INTENSITY DISCHARGE H4 Bulb..... Hahahhaha... 60/55 is ok to install. Pretty straight forward to plug in. Remove the side headlight covers and remove the 2 bolts. Pull out the whole headlight assembly and keep holding it in hand. Now reach in and pull out a rubber cover cupping the bulb. Unlatch the metal clip and u can pull out the old bulb and plug in the blub
