I did drop by Ubi before and saw one shop that has plently of vespa but they look kinda busy. Dun know whether they sellin a not??

Bro, next time juz walk in and ask. From my experiences, all bike shops are the same. no matter how busy the shop is, they will drop all the things on their hands and attend to u if u wanna buy a bike.

Bcos they just luv walk in "carrots"!!!

hahaha simple...left hand, clutch in and twist up or down.Same like normal bike, usually the gear shifter at leg rite...for manul scooters its at the hand...its just a matter of time to get used to it.Actually its kind of easier compared to the leg gear shifter,as shifting back to neutral gear is very easy.

Uh, how did you pass your 2B one?

Clutch in before you change, and release after you change.

but scooter using left hand change gear leh

where got same like motorbike.

But your clutch is on the left hand side, right? Same what.. all you need to do is get used to it. If you don't like it, go buy an RX-K or something.

:cheeky: Paiseh misunderstood your question. Thought you mean clutching in the same time as shifting. :giddy:

yeah... that's what he wrote... you didn't misunderstand...

Alexximkh, feel free to post questions in the classic Vespa cafe yeah...

Yup pull lever in and turn handle.... You'll get used to it.... Just be careful not to downshift when going fast... eg don't shift from 3rd to 2n'd when you're going 60kmh.... don't shift from 2n'd to first until you're nearly at a stop... Be nice to your gearbox and it'll be nice to you :)

Hey Sharpey, the VCS meet up is today la. 1900hrs Adam road food centre.

As for beers, I suggest Red Dot Brewery @ Dempsey. The self-brew English Ale rocks man. $10 per pint only.

Waahaha!! Lucky you tell Sharpey today..if not he'll be riding alone tomorrow!

I thought Adam road food center is closed for renovation??

Anywhere is fine as long as there's beers!

Hey there...

That's an Airoh... not bad, but not PSB approved so may cause probs with insurance claims etc...

The Nolan N102 is a fine looking helmet... the AGV longway also not bad.... Both are fullface flipups (less claustrophobic than proper fullface) and both are psb approved...

Don't want to sound preachy, but your primary concern when buying a helmet should be Fit...not looks... The Nolan and AGV are Euro helemets, so suit round heads... you might try some of the asian helemts like hjc... unless you've got a round head that is :) Not all people are sama
