hmm, i just shifted place. and now i need to reinstall my cable modem to the tv point. i just bought a 5-1000mhz 2way splitter. (something that can split a tv point to share a cable modem and tv).

the problem is i left my old one in my old place and i do not intend to go back. so i do not know what i used to have.

but anyway, my cable modem requires a 5-900mhz splitter. i didnt know that till i started trying to install the driver for the cable modem.

my question is,

1) can i still use the 1000mhz splitter?

2) what's the difference sia?

replies would be of great help, all.

Thanks :D

it shouldn't be a problem if you can connect the RG cables to the splitter and out to your modem/tv/com
