can anyone recommend good rear signal lights for this model..

 

my current ones are broken due to heavy vibration..

 

according to evershine motor, i need to order in this bracket like thing to replace the missing piece.. the order takes about 2 months.. so quite long..

 

im currently using the super4 stock ones but due to vibration again my right signal light has fallen off.. :/

 

any recommendations out there? cheers..

Bro, If you can wait, the stock ones are the best. The metal plate and rubber gasket are the perfect fit. if go after market, it will not fit proper, and will get loose due to vibration. Im using evotech fender eliminator and still using the stock signal. Looks good too!

ahh.. yes.. I actually am using super glue to make it intact.. haha..

 

maybe one day i will ride up to johor to visit the kawasaki dealers there.. should be cheaper than ordering in..

 

Does anyone have any knowledge on how many months to service rectifier or magnetic coil?

 

I just changed mine because the bike couldnt start that day, and it made a hole in my wallet..

 

replaced the entire magnetic coil, rectifier and gasket alone cost me $1225.. more ex than a ducati 1098's apparently..

so today my side stand mount crack.I was standing next to it when the bike suddenly fell! Over the past few weeks I have noticed that whenever I put the stand down and rest the bike,the stand will slide a bit to the left.I thought nothing much of it,thinkin the surface is slippery.I also checked the stand if it is loose but its secured.This is a rare fault as reported here: http://homepages.slingshot.co.nz/~shanetp/Faults.html#Question_3
