firstly find a design u like, then follow by whether the shell shape suits ur head.. can ask the friendly staffs @ chiong aik for advice.. some people head comfortable with arai, some comfortable with shoei, some might just make do with HJC or Nolan, etc.. diff head diff comfort.. for me thou agv is nice but it just simply dosen't fits me
