1 day trip to Kota Tinggi

 

Date: 8th March 2008

Time: Move-off 6.30am at Kranji Mrt (1st Group)

(2nd group will meet up at Big Shell at 9.30am).

Basically, a 1 day trip up to Kota Tinggi. Move off at 630 via 1st link to avoid the jam.

 

Have breakfast at Jb town.We will be meeting the second group (Bull & Xjrers) at Big [email protected].

From there, we move off to Kota Tinggi Waterfalls theme park (RM9/person).

Spend the entire day(12pm-4pm) at Kota Tinggi waterfall theme park. (We will have lunch there). So, i foresee that we will soak in the water after lunch which is about 1pm.

Shopping at the bazaar near Kota Tinggi before heading home via 1st link in the evening about 4.30-5pm.

 

From there, we will head to A&W Plentong or Seafood(SinggahSlalu, Stulang, Permas Jaya, Pasir Putih, Treehouse) for dinner. This will be decided on the day itself.

 

Spending : SGD 70 shld be just nice.:) Do bring extra in case! SGD100 will be more than enuff. Do take note how much how full tank is, how much do you need. Those travelling as a couple, do double ur expenses!

 

Some of you mite be unsure of the parking, one thing to add is that the place have been revamped if u had been there 10 years ago. Look at the webbie we posted. We have surveyed and found out that parking is 1rm/motorbike. You will be parking right at the end of the waterfalls, in front of the shops which means right in view of people walking by. If u have alarms and stuff, it is good.

If u have disc lock, carry on..still the best things ard. dun have..Simple. Bring a small padlock for the road..i will be bringing mine and locking my disc brake..I believe this is a good and simple method.

 

Do take note to bring rain gear.

onz lah! Leave early morning, reach there by noon. Makan, see-see-look-look, play theme park, play jackpot, leave at late afternoon.

calculated the rough milage..

its 16km from kota tinggi town..

kota tinggi town is oni abt 50km from jb town.

Ok im back..

goin out again..

the deal is on..

shld have no prob goin there tmr..

think i will be able to lead u all.

 

but, i hope that the 2nd wave can make it earlier..or at least on time

i intend to reach kota tinggi by 1130..
