Be aware that the fuel comsumption of the bike will increase a lot if u were to change into full system.

I bought my bike recently with a yoshi FS and I am quite surprised at the fuel comsumption. 130km milage and 3 bars already gone as shown on the fuel guage.

Still monitoring the situation...

The sound of the stock exhaust for revo is really not as nice as version s or earlier specs huh? Why like many revos change exhaust. Haha

Yoshi full system is out of stock and Motoworld won't be re-stocking. I asked them why and they said "no demand"...

Haven't had the time to look around but I think one or two shops may have the rare old stock of Yoshi FS.

Other than GPR and Yoshi end cans, Leo Vince is also legal.

it is normal, due to revo reserve is 4L as compared to other specs which is 3.5L

High FC has many factors, tire pressure, riding condition, chain tension, EO, dirty air filter etc.

Why like many revos change exhaust. Haha

Stock endcan is bulky and hot, changing the exhaust also personalized the bike :)

LOL... that's an easy one. When I was looking for one in October, Spec 3 with only COEs expiring 2014/15 were going for $10-13.5k. The higher priced ones do come with Yoshi full system exhausts. Though its is stock, I got my 3 y/o Revo for $11.5k. The Spec 3 prices just don't make any sense to me...

Did you ask your friend why 2nd hand spec 3 better and why must get new revo and not 2nd hand?

Spec 3 is carb, Revo is electronic fuel injected. Cars have been using EFI engines for so long I can't remember since when. Most bikes are now also using EFI. There must be a good reason why the world is abandoning carburetors right?

Would Honda as a manufacturer release their latest bike with inferior performance to their last model?

Bro, must learn to ask these questions yourself and do some research. Otherwise will forever kena con. Friend X says X, you go towards X. Friend Y says Y, you go towards Y. If a 3rd friend says Z, then how?

Hope you know that I say this with good intentions...

If you are keen on performance and want to spend money to mod your bike, do check out Racewerks' posts on their thread about the work they did with the Revo. Excellent stuff!

BTW, if you have decided on the Revo, you intend to ride it for at least 3 years and have the cash to buy a brand new bike, then go for it!

cheers

Next year june get 2a sure get revo! :) thinking won't be changing bike after getting revo!

It would be irresponsible for me to change bike again before getting a house n car for my future family! :)

Why i would consider getting a revo instead of a spec3!

Price wise i really think a second hand spec3 isn't worth the price people are selling it at. :(

And i like new stuff. Who doesn't? :p

The big difference is performance and fuel comsumption. There will be more improvement im performance if u change to FS but ur fuel comsumption will increase. It is better to go dyno ur bike if u change FS.

If u jus change endcan, don;'t think u need to change header.

Hope this info helps
