Hi Bros,

May I ask what is the correct or recommended spark plug gap for SUPER4 REVO? It's not stated in the manual. I intend to change the spark plugs myself. Many thanks.

Thy usually come pre-set at 0.8mm if using NGK or Denson, I've never had a problem just putting them straight in.

Finally came across NGK's website, it quotes 0.7mm for the recommended gap

For the CB400I had to go to the Austrailian distibutors site where they refer to our bike as Honda 399 cc CB400A 05/2008 - on, 08, 4 Cyl, DOHC, 16V, 4 Stroke. Here is the link http://www.ngk.com.au/

Hi guys,

A few questions here, should I change engine oil (mineral type) and engine ice coolant water to the newly bike? Or it can ride without change anything until over running in period?? Thanks in advance

Have a look at this http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm

I personally still prefer to follow the manufacturers rules of gentle break in, but I do change the oil for mineral.

On the coolant look here http://www.thumpertalk.com/topic/756059-engine-ice-coolantany-good/

Plenty on opinions, I personally would leave the Honda coolant in and use it for the recommended 3 years maximum

Use mineral oil for normal running-in intervals.

No need to change coolant as it is very lasting.

hi all may i know how to apply bike cover after riding? need to wait for the engine to cool down then put the cover? need to cool down the engine for how long then can put?

Best is to cover after one hr for the bike to cool down slightly.

Some bike covers can melt onto your exhaust if too hot, some exhaust might have stains if covered straight away after riding.
