I saw the raceshield ad but it just puts on a clear plastic sheet on the bike but does not enhance the outlook and its pretty expensive. Would still prefer tank bra.

Lol, i think i am the only REVO with HB side panniers now ~ ...

I do it up at Sengkwang ~ you can give William a call on it .. but its pretty ex .. good worksmanship though ~

yea, if u want ur bike to be protected looking original, go for race shield. if not tank bra lor.. for me, actually i dun like tank bra. but it's a good protection to if drop then kena oil tank, sure no scratch. depends on indivisual la. for me, i've got nothing on now. hahahha..

guys do u all ever encounter a scenario whereby when u are stopping u can't kick the gear down. Like it's stuck between 2 gears or sorts. Then u have to clutch in and out to kick the gear down.

Any idea what might be causing the problem and how to prevent /rectify it?

Thanks

Hi Revo Riders,

Any of you encountered the meter go one round (similar to when you turn the ignition key on) when you press the starter button to start the engine?

And it happens only occasionally.... not everytime you start...

I had done a switch for my head light. But that was months back. Is it the case?

Could be..otherwise, I can't think off any reason that things like that happened by itself. Mototiam could have accidentally done something...but then again..doing the switch is just cutting one of the blue or white wire at the H4 socket. The switch maybe giving the problem oso as high current is invovled here. what type of switch is use...those small electronics one?

Have to check this in order of importance:

1) Check if the tyre worn surface is uneven (wavy or 'ripple' like) and tyre pressure..at least 220 (250 be great).

2) Is there any dent around at any point of the circumference of your front rim.

3) Cone bearing lock nut..is it loose or overtighten.

4) Front axle bearing.

5) Fork oil..since when last service..in case unbalance.

6) Brake caliper loose or not.

Good luck.
