Anything that is resistive existing on a bike body (from chassis to bolts, nuts etc..) with reference to the battery negative ground and is not a "constant". The tendency is different earth potential and voltage drops across them. Correct grounding would zero all different earth potential to 1 single earth point..that's the battery negative reference..this is "grounding".

Take a "voltage stabliser" as a good second badminton player in a double badminton game. When the first player misses his short or couldn't take it right, the second palyer is there. The wuestion should be how good and effective it should be? Depending on circuit design quality from components to provision of high output ACC (cold current) to overide resistive values that can still provide to electrical load demand from the bike in usage.

ah pek.. chim leh.. i dun quite understand.. cos that day i went hkl. they got these 2 new stuffs. japanese or taiwan brand can't remember. grounding kit & e stabalizer. grounding kit is $50, stabalizer is $90. actually how do i know which do i need or any recommendations?

so anyone know how much will a gear indicator cos for revo? i dun wan later buy too xxx kanna cheap..lol..

bro, gear indicater u can get from motoworld or equipment xtreme. but i dunno e price. haha. nv asked b4 cos i feel it's pointless to put a gear indicator. ppl can take out from ur baby easily n i won't need to see what gear i'm at.. all of us having been riding for so long i think we should all more or less know what gears we're at. haha. unless maybe u wanna it jsut for show. it might attract thefts though. =/

I won't recommend anything like this that comes as a kit (plenty at Autobac). First the length of the wires will not suite your bike and will varies. The important thing is where should you ground on the bike. Not sure the kit comes with a termination block and this is important. Its better to get your own wires o that you can cut to length and run the cables neatly and ground the right places.

If you don't understand what I explain about grounding here..I'm not sure wheather most motiam that does grounding do either..and when they does grounding for you..you won't know if the point they terminate and loop is effectively correct or not..unless they can explain what I said here. For me, I done my own.

As for stablizer, there are many on the market..also known as "power charger" sometime...the better one are much higher price as they can provide better due to better and higher quality capacitors used in their circuitory. There is one called EPS, a scale down version from car model..cost around $169 but can get for $145.

Stupid Hurts!.:giddy:Speed doesn't kill, mistakes does :faint:

Thanks. That definately answer my query. I was reading about optimal braking force article earlier on. One of the website was saying that ABS still loose to optimal braking. Of course this one I agree.

But executing optimal breaking effectively and in time is another question all together.

what I was confused earlier was if ABS take alonger distance to stop compare to non abs bike. Buy now u have answer my question.

SO I believe it's safe to say that ABS stops like any normal brakes. However before the wheel is looking or closing to locking. The ABS actually "disconnects" the brakes and "connects" again. closing to 20 times in 1 sec. This prevent the wheel from looking WHICH MAY cause the rider to skid.

In layman ABS is like any other brakes. The only diff is that it won't wheel lock. regardless How you jam the brakes.

Am I getting it correct?

Also I have another question. ABS brakes. IS the maintanence for the brake system higher? IS the brakes harder to bleed?

so can u do burn out with abs????LOL...wakaka:cheeky:

Well i hit 185 anytime with pillion and luggage when i went up to genting, i guess there is no speed cut, only rev cut at the red zone.

wow, mine got power cut at 11500rpm 180km/h, but i personally feel no point to test top speed, safety first, ride safe
