sat will be a betta date cause all of us no work maybe consider changing K & N fliter hehex...anione wan to join us...?after dat can go makan...?

 

i not sure if sat can i doubt i'll off on sat.. i'll probably be doing it on a week day. i see when my off day first. probably a weekday & sunday.

 

wah..u changing wat i changing also..if got cheaper price..we change together lo..since i seriously dunno change wat brand..thought of go JB change cheap cheap ..hahaha

 

see which brand u have feel towards with then change lor.. haha! i'm going for OWS. u can try bel-ray. i'm using bel-ray chain lub.

ya la drop till 1 rpm. cos my default idling is 1.4 rpm ma.. problem la.. i have a feling is e choke or my engine oil. cos now my bike also gets hot easily. after i change engine oil then i see how e situation lor. guess should be fine after that.

seems like my bike getting quite problematic. idling is crazy keep up n down.. tdy go so low 1rpm. cb!.

Haha my alarm us opposite damn sensitive even the rain when heavy will sound off sia!

my idling when start everytime is around 2 rpm lidat...den when warm up liao it will go down to 1.5 rpm lidat...ur wan 1 rpm a bit towards car rpm liao eh:dot:

About alarm, maybe I can advice.

 

1st, please try to mount (mount here means to secure it with less movement) to somewhere central on the bike. This gives the balance of front and back sensitivity. Do not set to too high of a sensitivity, it gives off false alarm. Ensure that the alam is facing upright. The alarm may not work if you already tilt it at an angle. And ensure that the alarm is kept away from rain water.

 

I'm using Scorpio Alarm, so far so good. There was 1 time rain water clog up my alarm's speaker (due to heavy heavy rain). I just tilt it to get rid of the water, and can use as usual. Now 3 years already. Thank god for the weather proof feature.

 

As for sensitivity, you may wanna go back to the shop you install the alarm, it maybe faulty. Try to secure mount the alarm first.

erm.. lets say its a square box rite? the alarm ECU, then i stick it using double sided tape to the front of the underseat storage area. its super insensitive leh..

Did you stick it in the plastic compartment where they house the battery? It should be fine. My only worry is that you did not secure the alarm firmly in place or you mount the alarm in a different angle. This is because, if the angle is not right, the alarm is as good as useless. The alarm should lay flat on its back. This will make the sensors to operate correctly.

 

What happens if you take out the alarm and shake it? Does it work? Could be the unit is faulty.

erm, theres a divider seperating the battery and the rest of the storage space right? i stuck it on the divider using double sided tape. its CONFIRM nt faulty.. just nt sensitive.. its mounted vertically..
