Highest rev bike

Which production bike has the highest rev? I heard the CBR250 and ZXR250 do 21,000rpm. Are they the highest? Is there any on s'pore road?

The bikes that you mention are the having the highest rpm, CBR250 redline at 23,000rpm n ZXR250 redline at 18,000 but they are not for the singapore market thats why you seldom see them on our roads. But there is one brand of sport bike in singapore that have the highest rpm, MV Augusta F4 series most of them have rpm redline at 18,000rpm.

Hi neucom53, thanks for the info. Know MV Augusta makes great bike, but didn't know they are high-rev ones. wow.

 

 

Hi enHANzed, i find it a technical marvel to build a engine that rev so high. Used to watch to "Hot Version" videos where they mod so many things to the cars so that they could reach 10,000rpm.

 

10,000rpm is considered chickfeet for bikes, but 18,000, 20,000 are fascinating figures. Now neucom53 is telling me 23,000! wow! Don't think these numbers will do much miracle to the CBR250, they still deserve thumb up.
