poured 820ml

820ml shell R4 engine oil

flush brake oil dot 4 Mobil

air filter genuine yamaha RM18 Kang Soon s/part

ngk g-power RM10

petrol filter changed to suzuki genuine petrol filter

fork oil LUCAS synthetic 10W 61.5cc next time put 57+1.5ml synthetic firmer feel. 61.5cc is wrong. very heavy and maybe oil full and cannot pump

tighten free play throttle cable

petrol tank lid O rubber - Good

petrol hose - Good

battery - Good

gasket leaking - Nil

 

Using Ron 97 Caltex Techron

 

old parts diagnose

petrol filter - very clean thanks to caltex techron

ngk g-power plug - dry clean and last 10,000km thanks to caltex and shell R4

battery - running 2 years few months , thanks to cold start using kick stater only

428H heavy duty

hardened sprockets

wax using waxco paste

vinyl tire shine waxco

fork oil may be in manual 10W and put 57ml only.

today poured in techron concentrate plus

to clean the 10 yrs old carburetor and combustion chamber

gunshead, where is Kang Soon? RM38 for STT sprocket set includes service? I usually change EO by myself & tighten the chain by myself too.

 

And u still go to Seng Hoe Skudai dere for ur bike servicing?

 

I only renewed de COE for 5 years at 2k++...

bike down for 2 days for welding repair on exhaust pipe

after 176,000 km used the pipe got bocor and broken internal components

need to weld open and

potong pipe

then redo inside then weld back

cheaper then buying entire exhaust system

 

Lol. My bike internal exhaust bocor and failed Vicom inspection. Went to shop but dey say cant weld so need changed the whole set of exhaust system. I changed mine at RM180 for the whole set.
