90% highway using gps to confirm distance and speed

distance is accurate

speed on wave is 5km faster

so travelling at 65km/hr is only 60km/hr

today my fuel comp is 75km/l

Synthetic oils make the bike run smoother, better FC too. Hence I only use synthetic oils. :thumb:

They r rite, u can tfr your previous bike ncd to your current bike.

anda good... im using anda... under AXA 3rd party... very gd price at 10% NCD only 341bucks

I heard ntuc is cheaper for kups. For prices, age is a big factor. My insurance is only $160, after 10%, by anda as of now. Changing to ntuc next mth when it's due. :p

Wave is still a popular bike despite being quite old on the market already. Look at the wtb section, ALOT of people are looking for waves.

waves are slower yes, but importantly, wallet fatter. whats the point of riding big bike, when every week must go bolehland pump petrol, want to makan outside so must think two or three times.. ride a wave and anytime you want to watch a movie, or makan buffer, maybe treat ur friends to teh or kopi, u easily can.. ahahahaha

To achieve 75km/L, I supposed you have to be really light on the throttle, right? It's ok, I think it's a pretty miserable experience to be riding so meticulously just to save petrol. I am happy with relax2 anyhow whack the bike can still achieve 45km+/L! :)

Posted

lol ya true manz... im also very happy with now whacking the bike the way i like knowing that it wont breakdown and still get 40km/L on it... haha...

anyway i dropped the idea of enlarging the fuel tank for the time being... cuz have to put there for 2days full!!! i cant bear it lolz...

and bro musha!! omg how old are u may i ask? how come u 10% ncd with anda only $160? i am 24 this year and it is 341 with 10% ncd!!!! omg pls enlighten me on this issue! i wanna make my wallet fatter lol!

Ok, I can say our generation witnessed KR, TZM, SP, Mito and RS125 conquering the streets.. Musha's time probably were MBXs, RD125s, LC Tong and TZRs

And I am posting on SBF @ 5am. Wooohooo, can't sleep man!

I spend $5 a month for my oil change.

I can save $15 a month compared to using fully syn oils.

How much fuel do u save using syn oils when compared to using mineral oils ?

I would really like to know the diff.

Better is not = lotsa saving. I feed my bike with better "food" like better oil, better fuel n better plugs. I think all these things not significant but wat they really do is to better protect my bike. Btw, u din mention your usage. Factors affecting is vast. To each of his own.
