not sure manz... our stock carb new one where got sell sia? think need order de lo... lolz... cuz normally wont spoil de ma our carb is very hardy!!!

 

im just wondering if anyone has done jetting on our stock carbs.. i wanna do jetting lei... but dono where can get the jetting needles and dono which mech can do it properly without messing up!!

 

my bike is running alittle too rich at the higher rpms...

Go to scrapyard, can find LOTS of wave s and wave r items there. I probably saw enough carbs, block, pistons and exhausts to probably build a wave s inline 4 engine :smile:

wa liew... after putting the centre basket plastic kind... my seat cannot open fully sia... so when pump petrol must use elbow to block the seat from falling back to orginal position... damn irritated sia!!!

 

i wanna ask if anyone of u with that plastic basket having this prob???? or is it just me???

 

anyone got innovative idea on how to solve this?

It's normal for me. At least i think so..

But i get used to it already. So... I think it should be ok la ;)

hmmm if thats the case then i think im going to make a holder like those used on a car bonnet... cuz its really irritating pumping the petrol and having to hold the seat...

3 liters can pump in like 10sec lor......

erm haha... i noe la... but everytime must press little by little bit ma... so takes abit of time...

cut the part of the basket which is blocking lor.

not much to cut anyway.

i usually open my topbox & lean the edge of the seat against the top box.

Use bungy cord can liao lah. $1 per pc or some shops even gives free. :cheeky:

I will take longer, 30 secs or up to a min sometimes. Becoz i will squeeze slowly to the brim and this squeezing takes time as to be careful not to over spill the precious "gold". :lol:

ya lo i take about a min or 2 each time i pump cuz i dun wanna spill loolz....

 

spilled too much the 1st few time alrdy! not used to the small tank in the 1st place haha...

It's not bcoz it's a small tank, it's bcoz of the design of the tank, esp at the brim, it's so flat on top. :cool:

eh... how come ah? how come bro blahh got the same plastic basket bu no this prob? u got re-wrap your seat b4 is it? mine is stock seat cushion and cover... weird lei... mine is really blocking quite alot...

the metal cage type will block it, i normally put my padlock at the hinge to make it stay up.
