i myself got a size 17 ring spanner for drain plug... sizes 10 and 14 is handy for chain tightening... also allen keys and plier also helps alot..

hi bro! i'm using a brake hose from JB that cost me 30+ ringgit and it has the same offect as my HEL brake hose on my ex-Kawasaki KR. My advise. Save any money you can. Head on to JB and get it. If you want i could bring you to the shop there.

Hel Hoses, Galfer hoses, Swage hoses, Star lane etc etc the list goes on

All are steel braided with different branding boasting diff properties...

RM30+ Hose with installation is a gd price....

or can fr LAB (depends on Ah Boy mood lah S$15 to $20 Cash & Carry)

As long it is steel braided hoses, can use liao cheap or branded or what all the same...

But do note... try to get thoses with a clear nylon coating...

usually those brandless or cheap ones do nt have...

 

Any way due to lesser & lesser wave OTR due to the stupid high price of coes....

our accessories are getting lesser & lesser.

But in Msia or Thailand... they are still plentiful & esp Thailand darn cheap...haha

Speaking which... since we tok abt outing...

How abt organising a trip to JB Ah Qua lane or to any Bike shop which U all are familiar with...

We can have a makan cum bike accessories shopping trip...lol

Yup can be installed as long gt a relay but it won't last long if u keep pressing due to the small capicity of our battery....

This is an air horn... see the big compressor beside the horn....

Also u got to find a space to squeeze...

 

not forgetting this is NOT LTA FRIENDLY!!!

U nid to do a by pass switch to change between norm horn & the air horn

Yup it the battery tat won't last long....

meaning it drain pretty fast when u press the horn...

thus yr magnetic coil & rectificer gt 2 work pretty hard...

My horn look like the stock type but it pretty loud aka high pitch...

now planning to fit 2...

these type of horn is similar to the stock but louder....

once test ok i can show u...

& confirm way cheaper than the air horn & it LTA approved...

Eat EO liao likely to be piston ring....

if u dun wana overhual...

sell asap or keep regulary change EO

Use those cheap ones like Castrol (the white bottle with a cub on it)

of course rec to overhaul soon though.....

u are confirm able to horn but dun hold it for too long...

rem to do a bypass between a norm horn & the air horn if nt inspection won't pass

Battery failure: U can't electric start properly. U press but the starter get jam & die off...

If U have a voltmeter on yr ride, it will be so much easier....

Magentic coil spoil yr voltmeter will show charging below 11 (undercharge)

Rectificer spoil yr voltmeter will show charging abv 15.5 (overcharge)

Optimal charging will be from 13+ to 14.8+

Depends on what kind of bike also

some bike like blackbird has higher charging & are known to have 15.5-15.7 charging....

 

Our wave rectificer ain't cheap oso cost ard $100+ i heard original.

Mine is also a FBD with 50,000 km on the clock. No problems with the engine yet.

Only change oil, air filter, wash carb.

Mine is also a FBD with 50,000 km on the clock. No problems with the engine yet.

Only change oil, air filter, wash carb.

 

The hole is normal on the stock exhaust.

well u can always put another batt into the Ubox if u wan...

For me older the bike i run thicker EO....

 

For small bike like Wave etc i change EO 1 mth to 1.5 mths using semi syn Castrol ($15)

Think it will suffice no nid necessary follow the manual...
